LaTanya Bunch is a Maryland-based American Heart Association Certified BLS Instructor with over 4 years of experience bringing life-saving skills to individuals, families, and organizations across the state.
As the founder of 2nd Wind CPR, LLC — a registered Maryland LLC — LaTanya built this business on a simple belief: everyone deserves to know what to do in an emergency. Whether you're a parent, a healthcare worker, a business owner, or a first-time learner, she meets you where you are and makes sure you leave confident and certified.
LaTanya brings the same big-sister energy to her training room that she brings to everything she does — warm, direct, and focused on making sure you actually retain what you learn. Her classes are hands-on, judgment-free, and designed for real life.
When she's not training, she's building — running multiple businesses under her SoF LyFe™ brand, mentoring other entrepreneurs, and showing up as a mother, grandmother, and woman of faith.
